The other is called Behavioral Emotional Design. It is a measure of the ease of use a product has. It’s how well the product is in performing its intended functions and how easy it is to use.
Reflective Emotional Design, which refers to the capability to reflect the impact of a product’s impact on our lives once we have used it, is the final alternative. Reflective Emotional Design is a method to assess how the product’s influence has affected our lives. Designers want to maximize the desire to control the product at the reflective level.
